Great location. Nice and helpful staff. Very clean and very high end , it is a modern and comfortable place to stay. The pools and gym were excellent. I would recommend to people I know and I would stay there again.

Hotel is located at the non high end part of Bukit Bintang which you would appreciate if you are into bustling night life and crowds. Staff are consistently friendly all the time and the rooms are large and modern. Would stay here again the next time I am at KL.

Everyone was courteous, attentive, and always willing to help, which created a very welcoming atmosphere throughout our visit. A special mention to the restaurant team Nash, Hanif and Rayna for their outstanding care and thoughtfulness. They went out of their way to understand our vegetarian preferences and ensured that we had a variety of well-prepared and delicious options. Their warmth, flexibility, and genuine hospitality made dining a delightful experience. Thank you to the entire team for the care, professionalism, and personal touch.
