"I'm extremely disappointed with the check-in experience. Despite having 15 machines, only two were operational, leaving a long line of frustrated passengers. To make matters worse, the five staff members present seemed uninterested in assisting. Their lack of professionalism was appalling."

"The hotel itself is beautiful. We were just disappointed with the a couple things. The swimming pool was limited, for example; my daughter is 19 years old and she could not use the pool past 7:00 pm!! A big reason we booked was for the pool. Extra fee to use the pool. No tattoos (this was expected). Gym closes at 9:00 pm. Make sure you get the high floor rooms, it’s the only thing that made up for the rest. "

"Very aesthetic and clean with many activities/amenities offered on the premises. Great view of the wharf! I will note that the restaurant/bar on the 5F closes at 8PM which was a bit of a bummer since that’s pretty early. Furthermore, I think that all of the restaurants could expand on their menus. Not much to do in the area and the walk to the nearest station is 15 minutes. "

"Very nice hotel. Close to the airport, has early time shuttle services (limited times in the morning only) to the airport from the hotel. Also a one to two minutes walk to the train/subway station. There are some restaurants/ coffee shop/ bars and a large convenience store (weekends it closes at 6pm) close by. Literally, a minute walk to the convenient store. The lobby is really nice and plenty of staff greeting you and welcoming you to the hotel. 😃 Front desk staff help you with checking in and also very helpful, if you need help with anything/ information about something. They're very polite and inviting. 😊 The room's are very decent size and also the bathroom. Plenty of amenities in the bathroom. There also is a bottle of water included with your room. The room is very clean, the bed was large, and comfortable to sleep on. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of food to choose from, and tasted great. 🙂 Good size gym 🏋‍♀️, and nice vending machine area with at least eight washing machines next to that. A very great hotel, with reasonable prices, and close access to getting to and from the airport. 👍👍"

"Other than being pretty small for two people it was a nice little hotel close to the airport and close to the train station. Loved the week I was there and would definitely stay again!"

"The shuttle bus advertising is deceptive. It does not take you back to the airport. The shuttle bus to the hotel is on a strict schedule and will not accommodate you. Sadly, no one will help you with your luggage- they ‘do not do that’ Misleading advertising provided to Expedia. Be careful and do not allow the price mislead you - it will cost you."

"I stayed at this hotel as I had a 16hour overnight layover in Haneda. Didn’t really interact with anyone working at the hotel so therefore can’t comment on the service. My room felt old and my room was small. Convenient location obviously. "
