    "We like the location of the property because it is so close to the bus station and the train station, restaurants and sightseeing areas. The complementary drinks in the room refrigerator and the lobby was most appreciated. We only wished it was a little more accessible from street in to the lobby as the hotel was on the 2nd floor."

    "We wanted a ryokan experience and that is what we received. The hotel is over 100 years old but very well maintained and there were onsens there to relax. The private onsen was especially nice. The staff were excellent and very welcoming and friendly and really made our experience special. I highly recommend their Japanese breakfast."
