Juanillo Vacation Packages

Second time staying here. First time was pleasant. This time wasn’t as pleasant. Hotel was packed. My room was changed 4 times. First room ac stopped working, over 20 mosquito bites. I could hear the pigeons in the corners of the roof and could even see feathers coming through the cracks. Second room had a roof leak. Third room ac was leaking and mold everywhere. 4th room ac stopped working but they did fix it. Maintenance guy Moises is the man! Food was par. All the staff there is amazing. Beautiful views. Plenty to do. Restaurants, excursions, etc. Will stay in the future but definitely will inspect room before unpacking.

Great food and Great entertainment, comfortable beds and pillows. The furniture in the room is kinda outdated but I am glad the beds were comfy. Also need to replace mirrors in the room and bathroom, LED mirrors would look great. Otherwise great resort, nice beach area

Clean room. Staff were friendly. Food needs to be better and more activities on the property for entertainment.

BEAUTIFUL resort, the rooms are spacious, the hospitality from the staff was great and I enjoyed majority of the restaurants as well.

August 15-17, 2026 - Room 104- Personal Butler: Diana, Front Desk:KeKe. This was my first all-inclusive resort experience as a solo traveler. The country is beautiful, and the staff were amazing. I arrived early and was accommodated at no additional charge, which I appreciated. The resort was pretty but dated and in need of maintenance. My key cards and sliding door locks were constantly problematic. Electrical outlets were loose, and baseboards and trim were chipped or falling apart. The complimentary fruit basket and wine were a nice gesture, but the fruit was old. I was also promised a golf cart that never arrived, so I walked throughout my stay. A major concern occurred around 4 a.m. on August 16, when male staff members entered my room with a key without knocking or announcing themselves. As a solo traveler, this was unsettling. The resort offered complimentary hydrotherapy for the inconvenience, which I appreciated, but my privacy and security was already compromised. The buffet looked beautiful, but I was disappointed with the food, which seemed to have similar flavors. Don German, the Cuban restaurant, was the highlight of my dining experience. I highly recommend the Chicken Fricassee with Potato (Fricase de Pollo con Papa). Sargassum was present, but I only noticed the odor near the pier and end of the marina. There isn't much to do at the resort, so I recommend booking excursions. I visited Indigenous Eyes Ecological Park.
