El fuerte de ese hotel es sin lugar a dudas la playa! Espléndida!! Pero recomendaría más higiene en las habitaciones y más atención con la parte de la comida! Más higiene en general.

Balcones del Caribe is a beautiful spot with an excellent location and easy access to the beach. The complex feels very safe, and the staff were always helpful when we needed general information. My only concerns were about the condition of the village: the back door didn’t have a proper lock, the bathroom door wasn’t closing well, and the safe box wasn’t working during our stay. Overall, it’s a lovely place with great potential—just needs a bit more attention to maintenance.

Entertainment staff all were amazing...Maria Jose, and all of them So much talent. The bar maid also awesome especially Patricia. And the security guy luis at the nightclub. We had an amazing week.

We had a great trip, the property is beautiful, the pool is great, beach is nice. I think one of the best things was sitting on balcony with a drink and a book listening to the waves crashing. The food on the buffet is good, different items every night. Things that could improve, the amount of table service meals allowed on all inclusive plan, and one of the restaurants only had lasagna as the only entree available, so we canceled our reservation and went to the buffet.

We had an amazing stay at this resort. We stayed for a week which in my opinion is perfect. I found all the food to be amazing, there is something for everyone to eat here. There is options for food almost 24 hours a day at this resort. All the bars and bartenders were awesome our entire stay. The à la carte restaurants were awesome especially the Italian restaurant. The room was bigger than expected for a junior suite and was very clean. The pool and beach were amazing. The beach doesn’t have the crystal clear water as in punta Cana so if you’re basing your trip off of that this may not be the resort for you. However, the beach is still very very nice. We spent half of our time here at the beach regardless. 24hr front desk service. Buffet times were 7-10:30am, 1-3pm , and 6:30-10pm for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The beach restaurant buffet was is open from 10am-6pm. The late night snack shack open from 10:30pm -6am
