(2,721 reviews) Had a great stay overall—definitely a fun and memorable experience from start to finish. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly what you want for a relaxing getaway. The room was well-kept and fresh, no complaints at all, and the staff was friendly and helpful the entire time, making everything smooth and easy. Wi-Fi worked fine for what you need on vacation, but honestly the highlight was the entertainment team—they really made the trip. Big shoutout to Maria, Christian, Francis, Madeline, and “crazy legs” as I call him—they brought nonstop energy, kept the vibes high every day, and made sure there was always something going on. Whether it was activities, music, or just the atmosphere around the resort, they carried the experience. If you’re looking for a place with good vibes, solid service, and a lively entertainment crew, this is definitely a spot I’d recommend—and I’d come back again. (17 reviews) For the price I have no complaints with my stay. The staff were awesome. They helped us with every request we had. Graccie House was on a quiet street yet close to anything you could need. A 5 minute walk to the Malecon where we found some excellent restaurants. I would stay here again.
