Muchas ocasiones me hospedé en este hotel y antes era agradable el personal,pero esta última ves estuvo terrible el trato,desde recepción hasta los meseros ,solo el restaurante paseo por México excelentes persona e inigualable trato,los demás dio mucho que desear!!siempre con su cara molesta y sin ningún buen trato

Beautiful view and pool, utilities are a concern - water/power etc. We spent a week here with our 3 daughters, and have traveled many times to Mexico. Being a near new building, we expected less trouble. Antonio did a good job trying to look after things.

The hotel is beautiful, and the concierge staff are amazing. The chef’s team is also very friendly and welcoming.
The only issue we experienced was theft. We lost a speaker on the first day while our carry-ons and personal bags were being transferred to the room. The next day, my friend also lost $500 in cash after the cleaning service visited the room.
Overall, it’s still worth visiting, but I would recommend carrying your personal belongings yourself and keeping all valuables securely locked in the safe.

Casa Joseph es simplemente increíble. Todo está diseñado con muchísimo detalle y se siente como un verdadero refugio de lujo. La playa es preciosa, el ambiente es muy tranquilo y exclusivo. El spa fue de lo mejor del viaje y el gimnasio tiene todo lo necesario para entrenar con una vista espectacular. Además, el restaurante ofrece una comida excepcional. Vale completamente la pena.
