"Nice"

"Very nice hotel not far from the airport. There is shopping nearby but many stores were vacant. Also on Expedia website says they have an airport shuttle, which was one of the reasons I chose it. This is no longer the case and was removed from the hotels website. The staff was friendly helpful and professional. Place was clean and the beds comfortable. The pool area is lovely and they supply towels "

"I stayed here for 9 days the first few days were okay. Rooms were nothing like in photos. 2 of the front desk clerk’s were extremely rude and disrespectful and treated me like I was freeloading. Telling me I had to leave because they didn’t check their computer to show I had rebooked the room and talked to me horribly in front of my 5 year old daughter. They had breakfast for only 2 of the 9 I was there not even having milk for the cereal. I was getting a coffee and was told rudely there is no breakfast like I couldn’t see they put nothing out and I had to say I was filling my coffee if that’s okay because I paid a total of $1098.72 for my subpar conditions. If I would have had a car with me at the time I would’ve gone somewhere else in a heartbeat. Pool was closed the entire time and when I asked if it would be open anytime soon I was rudely told no. You can definitely find a better motel for a better price. I would definitely recommend at all costs to avoid this poorly run establishment!!!"

"This hotel was perfect for our overnight stay before departure. The shuttle service is excellent. We were taken to the Gulf Coast Town Center and enjoyed a superb meal at Connors. "

" No towels for the pool. Rooms clean staff was somewhat helpfull alarm went off at 1:30 in the morning went out to the parking lot we were not told or directed to what was happening. Didn't return to rooms until 2:30. Still wasn't told what was going. Breakfast was cleaned up and all put away before we even got down to it. After thing thst happened they could let it go for additional 1/2 hr or so. "
