"The breakfast has no variety. Microwaved eggs, canned corn beef. Honestly gross. The bagels we fresh. The remote was broke. To the television and the rom was hot, but cooled after the ac ran for several hours. I checked in late after my floght was delayed and the night auditor was not very personable. "

"Everything was good except that we felt unsafe with the bath tub. We are senior citizens and we had to step high to get in and out of the tub to shower, there were no hand bars on the walls inside the shower or safety strips in the bottom of the tub. We had to move really carefully to avoid falling. Thanks for considering improvements in this area. The breakfast manager was so sweet and pleasant and mopped up a spill for us. Food was good and checkin and checkout was a breeze. Thanks so much. e"
