"Room shower was not a good design. Water poured out within 30 secs of turning the shower on. No lotion, slippers, or water available, had to call for slippers ( much needed since the floors had a lot of dust and turned the bottom of the slippers gray/ black in less than a few hours of wearing it). There were wet spots on the sheets that smelled very heavily of laundry detergent upon arrival. Rooftop and other lounges around the hotel were very nice."

"Room was clean and hotel is right next to the train. Easy to get to Manhattan. We felt safe sitting outside at night with an amazing view! We drove in, there is a secured parking garage next door. Make sure to have the hotel validate your ticket."

"Stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn FiDi and had a great experience. The location was perfect — subway station nearby, the Uber shuttle stop was only about a 7-minute walk, and everything was very walkable. Wall Street was right around the block with tons of places to eat nearby. Even The Dead Rabbit was just down the street. Very nice place overall and super convenient for getting around NYC."

"Our first night the tv did not work, no matter what we tried. So the second night when it still didn't work we called the desk for help and a service person came. It didn't work after he left so we called again. Second time didn't work after he left, also third time. So at that point we were pretty tired and disappointed, and felt that since TV was one of Club Quarters' amenities, we should get a refund because we couldn't get TV. Let us know. Also, second problem was the bathroom door was noisy no matter how we moved it - needs to be fixed. Thank you. pe moody"

"Lovely hotel, great location for the 9/11 museum and memorial. We booked a city view room overlooking the memorial from the 17th and it’s just incredible. There are multiple subway station near by and they are simple to use. Highly recommend staying here and we would definitely stay again. "
