"Great location! We loved the neighborhood, the street, access to all kinds of wonderful restaurants, stores and transportation. The building was definitely a 200 year old building (lots of stairs), as it should be in that neighborhood. More attention could be paid to some of the minor items (sinks, kitchen appliances, bedside lamps, etc.). Nothing that a serious walk thru wouldn't take care of. But exceptional for the price and location. The management was responsive to issues as I made them...

"Fun loft room with a single bed under the stairs for kids or smaller adults. Great location made it easy to walk. If you are driving, make sure to add parking because on street parking is difficult to find and parking spots for the property are secure but very limited."

"The comforter was soiled with hair and yellow stains. When we took the comforter off the bed, there was no top sheet. So nothing to cover ourselves while sleeping. There were no extra sheets and not even a blanket. In the bathroom there were no hand towels and just two wimpy bath towels. When we arrived there was only a 1/4 roll of toilet paper and no extra. We got there at night and were only staying for one night so no time to buy anything. The couch looked like it was from 1970 and was dirty....
