Great location. You can tell with the new appliances and tile that it was recently remodeled. Used flat light paint that shows every mark and you can smell if someone is smoking else where in the building. There were two flights of small steep stairs to get to the apartment.

If your book is place, I would double-check. I had ax for something that was manageable. For someone who is not able to walk up a lot of flight upstairs and they put me on the 3rd floor I had to stay at night, mother's house instead of at the place cause I couldn't keep going up-and-down the steps. And I have multiple sclerosis. Also, the place is not very clean. The walls need to be repainted. The shower started to shoot out rust. And the colds, I had to try every cold, they gave me to get to the front door because it gave me the wrong information for the front door the front door code was for the room. Door and not the front door also, the beds are not very comfortable. They had a futon mattress, and I asked for a regular standard bid, and I got a bump bed that set low to the ground. Also, the dryer didn't work very well and had washed clothes there. But it wasn't able to dry them
