"This was my 2nd visit. The first was during the darkest days of the pandemic. My husband and I went with another couple. Perfect place...2 full bathrooms, LOTS of space inside and out. Huge screened porch with comfortable chairs and coffee tables, overlooking the lake. Both couples brought canoes and we spent 3 days exploring rivers that run into Lake Memphramagog and also the immense lake itself! This time, we booked for the eclipse. "This is a very nicely maintained 19th century farm house surrounded by long views over farms with wide open fields, reached by traveling over a few miles of back country dirt roads. "Reviews and descriptions are spot on! A very cozy house with a babbling brooke running throught the back yard. An absolute perfect location to walk to restaurants, bars and the grocery store. A small ski Town vibe throughout. Jay peak was a short 15 min drive away."
