No one onsite when we arrived the hotel to check in at 11 am. There were 2 groups already waiting for staff to show up. I whatsapp and phoned and finally someone showed up after 15 mins. Small room and note that there is no elevator. Also trains run right outside of the hotel and make huge noise and vibrations during daytime. OK breakfast. We only need to stay one night like many other tourists this is just a stop to Machu Pichu. Hotel near bus stop to MP and many restaurants and shops around, do not skip the Mercado next door, many good value local foods and juices to enjoy.

"The staff was amazing. I asked for bottled water at the desk and they sold it to me for 10 sol. The market across the street is 2 sol. For the price of the room thy should supply a bottle a day especially when tourists can’t drink the water. Other than that I thought everything was very good."
