"We had a great time, the condo was plenty spacious for the 12 of us. The place could use a little TLC, maybe replace screens, so we could have opened windows, organize things alittle better, towels were everywhere. Also a lot of switches didn't turn on anything. There was no vent in either bathroom with showers, not sure if they just weren't working. And a little better cleaning , cobwebs, some mold in the bathrooms, just alittle better cleaning. "The room, bathroom was very clean, well decorated, plenty of towels, toiletries. The staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful!! When I asked for an extra blanket, within less than two minutes. I was given 2 blankets!! There is no kitchen, dining area for breakfast. However, what they do for their guests is beyond even better!! I received 2 large baskets full of single cold/hot cereals, organic milk, orange juice. Containers of muffins, cinnamon rolls and croissants. Fresh apples, oranges, tangerines!!! Plenty of bowls, napkins, utensils. They provide enough breakfast for every morning that their guests are there, in abundance!! I brought so much home with me! I highly recommend this amazing hotel! "

"One of my favorite budget places to stay when I am in the area. Centrally located on the Jamestown Main street, negligible drive to Chicken Ranch, very easy to make the quick jaunt to Sonora or over to Black Oak. Facilities are starting to show their age and the satellite TV has been spotty the last few visits; but the staff has always been wonderful and accommodating each time I've stayed and I've never had any issues with room cleanliness or sanitiziation."

"I was shockingly surprised with everything. If I had to finding something negative, the only improvement would be the water pressure in the shower. When we left, we saddly didn't remember to leave a tip for our room attendant. We stayed on the seventh floor and every hotel staff member we saw were happy and uplifting and seemed to really go out of there way to be gracious and amazing. "
