The house is gorgeous and well taken care of. The views from the interior and exterior are stunning. The host is very responsive and helpful. "My family and I stayed at the cabin for 4 days during my daughter's winter break. It had everything we needed to manage the little ones, cook, relax, and have fun. There are many forest roads about 100 yards away for a morning hike. The local grocery was very close and convenient. The space is nice for a family with little ones. There was a creek running behind the cabin that the kids enjoyed walking down and there was a private lake with a playground that we got to explore."

"We stayed here with two other families, including 5 kids ages 3-8 and had an absolutely wonderful time. The home is beautifully maintained and stocked, and also exudes comfort and coziness. The game room was an absolute hit and the kids hardly wanted to leave. The layout worked really well to gather but also have quiet time if needed. Kathy was super helpful and responsive. We’d love to stay here again in the future!"

"We had a wonderful time with our family at Cheryl’s beautiful home. This was our first time to Twain Harte and the location is great! There were 11 of us and there was plenty of room. The beds were very comfortable. We stayed 4 nights around Easter and Cheryl welcomed us with Easter gifts! Very clean and comfortable home! Definitely would stay again! We also took a trip to Columbia which is only a 30 minute drive. There is a family of deer that love hanging out and we watched them from the deck....

"My husband, kids (ages 11 and 8) stayed here and absolutely loved it. The cabin was so clean, nicely decorated, super cozy, had comfortable beds and was just the cutest little place. We only stayed one night because we just wanted a place close to Dodge to ski, but we could have happily stayed a week. It was the perfect spot for enjoying a movie night on the comfy couch and oversized chairs, a kitchen the was plenty big enough and well stocked, a terrific heating system that warmed up the house...

"We are a large group of cousins that have a difficult time finding a large enough house to sleep all of us. Not only was the rental very spacious, but it actually had enough beds for all ten of us. The rental was very clean and offered lots of entertainment (games, puzzles, hot tub, lake and snow equipment). We really enjoyed everything about this place , and to top it off it’s in a great location. Will definitely be back."

"From the moment we checked in, the staff went above and beyond. We were able to park directly in front of our room and received a room that made it easy for my partner who has mobility issues. Breakfast was served in the other building and while it was a little difficult for him to get there, The breakfast was definitely worth it. We left something behind at the hotel and I realized it a few hours after we left. I called the hotel and they had already found it. Removed It from the room and we’re holding it safely in the office for one of our relatives to pick up. They bent over backwards with kindness and we’re beyond friendly. We will definitely stay here again."
