スタッフの中にはスペイン語しか話せない人も多かったが、翻訳アプリを使えば問題なくコミュニケーションできたし、スタッフは皆親切だった。ADOバスターミナルに近くて、移動には便利だった。近所に良いレストランなども多く、また徒歩5分くらいのところには大きなスーパーマーケットがあるので、生活の利便性は高かった。Palenque遺跡に行くためのコレクティーボはADOバスターミナルの前で乗ることができる。

We loved the location, the staff, the service, everything about this place.

We found the staff very accommodating. When I needed a needle and thread, they went looking for some and finally found it. Very sweet. The room was on the larger side and quiet. The bathroom was very small, the soap, shampoo and body cream tiny. I would suggest replaceable containers on the wall as many hotels are doing. It would be more cost efficient and save unrecyclable plastic from ending up in the ocean and land fills. The shower pressure and warm water was great. I enjoyed a VIP massage with discount, which I would definitely recommend. The pool was difficult to get into (no stairs for children or seniors,) unless you are comfortable jumping into cold water from a rather deep platform stairs on the side. Warm and friendly staff. Discounts for food and welcome drink was nice.

El hotel es hermoso, las instalaciones lucen nuevas y muy bien cuidadas, en cuanto a imagen y limpieza le doy 5 estrellas, lo único que puede mejorar es en el menú de su restaurante, pedí el poc chuc y la pasta Alfredo con pollo, a la pasta solo le doy 2 estrellas ya que el sabor podría ser mejor, el poc chuc me pareció una porción demasiado pequeña.

Although the room was outdated, it was clean and the staff was friendly and courteous. However, there were limited amenities. My wife couldn't get out of the bathroom because the door got stuck, requiring us to push it open. The lobby area was crowded with bus tour groups that stayed overnight. If you are only interested in staying in a hotel style hotel, this is a hotel for you. Although the hotel is decent, don't expect a five-star experience.
