Room in bad cleaning condition. Bad food and poor service.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the staff was welcoming and friendly, my experience was far from satisfactory. The so-called “resort style” ambiance was disappointing, primarily due to inadequate facilities. There was no air conditioning in the dining area, and even if there were, the temperatures were excessively high, making it uncomfortable to eat. This raised concerns about the safety of the food served under such conditions. Additionally, we faced a significant issue with the hot water—there was none throughout our entire stay, which was quite inconvenient. The cleanliness of both the bathrooms and the bedroom left much to be desired, which further detracted from our experience. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. My stay was plagued by these issues, overshadowing any positive aspects.

Excellent place and location! Highly recommend

The reception staff were very helpful and friendly, however, we had a poor experience, the room had lots of issues, the door had a hole by the lock you could see through, the door did not shut right and was banging and making loud noises all night long Marcuse of the wind(issue was fixed next day) there was odor coming from the bathroom all the time, the toilet got clogged Saturday afternoon around 3, and reported it right away but maintenance never came and we were told to use the bathroom in the lobby or the top floor, not ok when you have minor children who need to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. Finally the toilet was unclogged Sunday morning. The safe stopped working and no one ever came to fix it, I was told I had to wait until Monday.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The location is excellent, making it convenient for exploring the area. The cleanliness of the hotel is impressive, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The food was outstanding, and the rooms were modern and spotless. I believe this hotel is underestimated on various platforms; it truly deserves to be categorized as a five-star establishment. I wholeheartedly recommend it—if you can afford it, don’t hesitate for a second. This is undoubtedly the best hotel in the area!
