Jacksonville Vacation Packages

The rooms could have been cleaner. There was hair on the floor in the corners of the bathroom. Very few outlets, none by the desk. Definitely not enough to charge your devices. There was only 1 nightstand for the 2 queen beds - could have had 2 more. Their “Top Rated Breakfast” was very basic. There were no hot options unless you wanted to microwave the refrigerated egg sandwiches. There was only 1 small microwave for everyone so you had to stand in line and wait. Not “top rated”.

It’s a nice clean hotel. The problem is they don’t have enough housekeeping staff or they have a very hard time managing them. There’s basically no housekeeping. I asked the room to be cleaned 4 times and nothing. Ended up complaining to expedia and got some credit but if you want housekeeping stay away. They don’t really know what they’re doing down there.

I absolutely loved this place! Our host, Julie, is incredible. The place has great amenities and is comfortable, well-stocked, and conveniently located to many of the Lakes’ wineries and breweries. The breakfast she served was delicious! We will be back!

The staff were polite and extremely helpful. The hotel was relaxed, it and a beautiful setting.

We arrived around 4:30pm, two other customers was being taken care of and only had to wait a few minutes. Staff was friendly and check in was fast and easy. Unfortunately shortly after we arrived the hotel lost power. It didn’t return fully until after 10pm. No restaurants were open so we had to leave and find something to eat outside the hotel. It would have been nice and someone from the hotel would have made suggestions or made sure they had something available for guests. They made sure the generator was working for the slot machines and nothing else. It wasn’t anybody’s fault but there was no communication.
