The hotel is very clean and friendly staff. Unfortunately the beds are the most uncomfortable. Super hard and the pillows are so hard. That was the only problem. If you use the laundry room. The dryers take very long to dry.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive. Their onsen was something we looked forward to at the end of our days. I would definitely stay here again.

This has been my favourite hotel in Japan so far! The team are so friendly and accommodating. The rooms are impeccably tidy and the location is perfect for exploring wonderful parts of Kyoto. The laundry service was clear and easy to use. I would recommend this hotel 100% to anyone coming to Kyoto.
