As a platinum member, I expected a free upgrade. The upgrade was offered at extra charge. The room was tiny max 3,30m x 5 .00 m no place to put a suit case. Had to climb over it to get to the bathroom. Minibar was missing all alcoholic drinks. Tea making facilities consisted of a kettle. Bottled water HK$20 for 500ml , no tea, no coffee no cups. Bathroom had long hair from previous occupant(s). Noisy, poor soundproofing. Felt like I was on a ship with throbbing motors. Even asking to store my suitcase for 3 hrs cost HK$20. Am only surprised they didn’t try charging for toilet paper by the sheet.

"Hotel rooms look fresh and clean. Dining options were limited but walking distance to the other hotel which give more options. Shuttle to Disneyland was convenient, with a special queue for hotel guest. Hotel also offers many activities for children."
