Beautiful place,. We loved it.

We were cheerfully greeted on our arrival and explained we were early for check in and the front staff asked for my phone number to call when our room was ready as we walked the Main Street window shopping they called and allowed us to check in early. We had the most spectacular balcony view of the water and shore line. The staff response to a malfunctioning ice machine was incredible they provided an ice making machine for our room which provided ice in less than 10 mins while they had maintenance service the commerical machine 10 out of 10 for this quick fix. We travelled this area during the fall foliage seasonal change and festivals and look forward to a repeat next year completing our Maritime Tour!

Beautiful, clean, well- maintained hotel with spacious rooms. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. A shout out to front desk staff members, Amber and Brooklyn, for helping us find somewhere open late for dinner delivery to our room, and the kitchen staff for a great breakfast, and Trudy, who so cheerfully served the breakfast items and specialty coffees that were included with our stay. Perfect stop over location for travel between Maine and Nova Scotia. Free underground parking with an elevator makes getting luggage to and from rooms so convenient.

Bed wasn't the best and they didn't have the soaker tub working as advertised but it was a warm, cozy place to stay

Breakfast was good. Parking was easy and convenient. We had to switch rooms as soon as we got there becuae the room they gave us didn't have bath towels and the shower wasn't cleaned properly. However, the front desk staff was very helpful in switching rooms and gave us some extra 'perks'. The room we ended up was clean and we had no other issues. Would still recommend this hotel.
