"We had a smooth check in process! The staff were very friendly and checked in on. Us throughout the stay. The room was clean and housekeeping stopped in each day. The amenities were great and breakfast was decent. My favorite part of the entire stay was the complimentary drink in the evening from 5:30-7. The bartender who was alone treated us like family. Lots of food places around and the mall was across the street along with a target. Overall we had a great experience and will stay here again "

"We stayed one night and while the staff was wonderful, the parking/location easy to find and our room clean, there was no heat in our room and the remote didn't work (even after changing batteries). We didn't find out about the heat until the middle of the night, we told the staff the next morning and they offered a new room and sent maintenance in right away. The breakfast was solid."
