We take pride in having our home immaculate and now we are taking extreme measures to have our guests feel safe during their stay. This upstairs portion of a dual family fully renovated home with two bedrooms and two baths will comfortably sleep eight to provide you a dream vacation you will never forget!! Fully stocked new kitchen with granite counter tops and a huge island for entertaining and feeding your whole family comfortably. All new stainless steel appliances and new plates,cutlery,utensils,and glasses. Living room has two queen sleeper sofas and new 60 in smart TV. In hallway closet it has new washer and dryer for your conviniance during your stay. Two master bedrooms with new queen beds and each has their private baths. Each bedroom has a 42 inch smart TV. Everywhere your walk in the house you will have a spectacular view of the ocean!!! This property also provides you own private dock and ramp for your conviniance with no extra fees. Our shed provides extra fenders to protect boats, brush and soap, electricity and water by dock, and a small freezer for bait and ice. For more outdoor fun you will be able to use the four kayaks and four bicycles provided to explore the ocean and sight see. The place is very clean and well appointed with everything you might need in the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas. Then it just gets better. There are a number of kayaks, bicycles, and even some random fishing poles and snorkel gear to use. The gas grill was great for cooking our fresh fish and other meals. It is the perfect slice of paradise in Islamorada. The property is impeccably maintained and has its own boat ramp and dock. The views are amazing and it is conveniently located to everything. It wasn’t an issue for us but some people may not understand. The owners are the best people. This location is central to many things by walking. Lots of privacy. The house was perfect for our needs and exactly as described. Great central location and out of the terrible construction traffic between Key Largo and Plantation Key. Everything we needed was a mile or less away.A word of warning to others with larger boats. The entrance to the lot is tight for a long truck and trailer combo. There is space off the road on the opposite side, so be ready to use it. The ramp is great, but not useable for us during the low end of the tide. Plan launch and retrieval accordingly. Also, the entrance to the harbor at low tide is very shallow and hard bottom. Again plan accordingly. That said the harbor, storage shed, freezer, power, and water were all wonderful bonuses and make the property a bargain.I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. ##### Robert N.
