« We have stayed here multiple times. This time, the room was not stocked, the table was missing, no hair dryer, no tissues, etc. it did have towels and shampoo/conditioner. « The room was very clean and well stocked with towels, etc. The area was very quiet which we enjoyed on our short vacation. The breakfast was the standard, kind of limited on choices. We would definitely stay at the hotel again! »

« Very clean. They got 100% on Sanitation Certification. The mattress had a bed bug protective encasement. I checked anyway. No bugs anywhere inside or out. They have a coffee maker w/supplies to make two cups of coffee. There was a microwave and refrigerator in our room. The bed was very comfortable. Not too firm but not too soft. Very pleasant owners. « No Kleenex in the room and the room smelled, the mattress was horrible, and everything was run down. In the morning there was no staff at the office. I rang the bell multiple times. The continental breakfast (7-10am) was wiped out except for cereal with no milk. The keurig was out of water and I couldn’t find a staff member for anything. It was the worst choice I’ve ever made and I’m still apologizing to my wife for picking such a disaster. »

« I couldn’t get checked in until well past the published check in time. The room charges were overpriced from my perspective. I made the reservation to be able to take advantage of the rooftop restaurant. However it was closed for a wedding party. If I had known when making the reservation I would have driven down to Canton instead. My room faced the street, and the room was not well insulated for sound suppression. When the bars closed you could hear people talking and cars on the road....
