"Very Nice clean hotel with good size rooms in a great location and with an excellent staff. Three things that can be better are 1) later checkout (10 am is to early), 2) can benefit from valet parking, instead of self parking with LAZ which is usually has a long line to get in and its on a very busy street and 3) have a vendor machine for snacks and drinks since there is no mini bar in rooms. "

"The location and price were great and the staff was amazing. The downsides were that the pre WW2 heater did not work at all so I had to wear all my clothes to sleep to stop shivering and there was a mysterious wet spot on the floor the whole trip"

"The staff did not give us any info on Breakfast times, shuttle bus times and places. The breakfast was ok the same everyday. But very comfy stay, rooms were amazing."

"Breakfast was fresh and they had some different items to choose from. Room smelled clean when you walked in. Staff was very friendly and helpful with questions. Parking is a little confusing at first. When you get there you have to pull in front of the garage door next to the front door and then go in to pay for parking. There are only a certain amount of spots so it’s first come but once you pay your parking is secure until you check out. Gated parking in back. Short walking distance to the train and a 10 min uphill walk to the subway. If I ever need a place to stay in the Bronx again, I will choose highbridge."
