"We love the Atrium part of the hotel and the fact that every room has a balcony. The pool area is beautiful and well maintained. The room was big and set up with a fridge and coffeemaker. We like the extra bench seating in the room."

"Water was extremely slow to drain when using the shower. This left my feet in about six inches of standing, dirty water that slowly drained from the tub. The carpet was dirty and worn. The customer service and the restaurant food was excellent. Those two things and the proximity to the Santa Ana airport are the only reasons to stay here. Just don't look at the floor or take a shower...."

The parking garage was so convenient and spacious. Excellent location, we got our car rental and hotel within an hour of landing.
