"Front desk never answered, coffeemaker didn’t work, replaced by housekeeping guy I ran into in the hallway and second one didn’t work either, didnt get wake up call I requested, lots of loud noises, couldn’t sleep, TV batteries dead so TV didn’t work. Shuttle driver almost ran into EMS crew on road. Old, dilapidated shuttle. Terrible service. "

The food was trash the staff was not very friendly almost everyone was Hispanic and spoke Spanish I asked for a late checkout and was told I have to come back to the front desk the day of my departure. I called the front desk the morning of my departure just to be told “he would call back” no one called back. One morning I was working out and the treadmill wasn’t working told front desk they stated they would send someone. When he came over all he did was un-plug it and plug it back in; none of the buttons operated properly and the belt did not move Would not recommend at all convience for traveling to mall is about it if looking for comfort and quality of staff would not recommend "

"We use the hotel for overnight stays prior to a trip. Rooms are great. Parking is easy and shuttle to and from the Airport is excellent "

"This property seems to have undergone a recent renovation. Rooms are modern, clean & decent sized, cleaned daily. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is a little tricky, it's safe but right on a very busy highway, there's a target about a 10 mins walk. There's a bus stop a block away that would take you to NYC in just under 20 minutes, no pavement though, so if it's raining it could be wet & muddy. Property may pass as 3.5 star or 4 star boutique hotel in the city! Highly recommended. "
