"The pool and hot tub were out of use and they didn’t offer any discounts even though we couldn’t use them all weekend. Also there are no elevators to the second floor so you have to lug everything up and down the stairs. The ice machine didn’t work on the second floor either. I did really like the breakfast staff though, they were very nice."
