"The only complaint I have is we arrived early, and although check-in was at 4:00, the person in the office said to come back at 3:00. We came back at 3:00, they checked us in and said they did not know if our room was ready, and to go check. We went to the room and it was still being cleaned so we came back at 5:30, and it was still not ready for us, and then back again a little after 6:00, and it was still not ready. I had to find a cleaning person, that could ask the person that was suppose to be cleaning our room when it would be done, as she did not speak English. She did stop cleaning the room she was in and went and finished our room. We were in by 6:30 pm. It seems like that should not have happened, and we should not have had to come back three times to get into the room. Other than the delay getting in, the facilities were fine."
