"It was our first stay in a lighthouse keeper's inn. The room was very clean and tastefully decorated. There was ample light entering the room from both the north and south sides. We stayed for two nights and the kitchen had ample utensils and plates to cook food from scratch and/or warm prepared food.The only thing that we would have had liked would be more rugs on the floor and more mats in the bathroom. We like to move around in the room barefooted, but the floors were too cold for us.The...

"The bed was too high...we are short people. Also, I wasn't aware I'd be climbing stairs...must have missed that part.The kitchen was well equiped, and it was nice to have condiments in the fridge. We did not need the heater. The shower was nice."

"The house is delightful with a truly amazing view of the water. Cheri was so kind and welcoming. The place is well-furnished for couples. The kitchen was well-stocked, linens were clean and crisp, and the bathroom was well-appointed. There is even dedicated off-street parking. The gas fireplace and radiator kept us nice and toasty at night. We already love Mendocino, and Cheri's place is going to the top of our list! "
