With over three acres, this property features a private peninsula where you can truly experience the power and beauty of the mighty Pacific. The main house includes three bedrooms, two downstairs, and a large primary suite on the second level with a private bath and balcony. There is also a private guest cottage that includes a freestanding gas fireplace and a private bath. The large deck has a sunken hot tub situated in the perfect location to relax and be mesmerized by the everchanging views. Because of the cliff-front location, there is a minimum age of 10 years and over required for any guests.
