Only a few blocks walk to the beach. She’s surrounded by the river, the ocean and several local fun restaurants. Whether you are here for work or play, you can enjoy the privacy of a fenced in yard and fully remodeled home with amenities throughout. A fire pit, corn hole, grill area and screened in porch with dining for 8, poolside chairs and completed landscape provide a complete outdoor experience. Interior amenities include: a full kitchen, back den, living area, office and work space with a printer and stand up desk, 3 comfy new beds and central air.
