Location is absolutely perfect. Steps to cocoa beach and pier. Safe area for walking. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast and fine. Staff were helpful and lovely. The building, like many beach properties, is old and could use renovations. Our room was a little musty smelling. Pool areas great and never crowded and the pool temp was great for night swims.

It’s an ideal property for visiting the beach, and the Kennedy Space Centre. Family suite involves 2 queen beds and a kitchenette/ living space. Remote control for the TV doesn’t allow it to be used as a smart tv (which is is) - and generally the space is a bit worn around the edges. But it’s exactly what one would expect for the budget.

There was plenty of parking, we got exactly what we wanted. A room with a hot shower and balcony so we could sleep with the sounds of the ocean all night. Odd smells on the 4th floor of the ocean front suites building, overall nice place!
