This house is very well stocked with everything you need when you walk in the door, it is close to some great Restaurants, beaches and stores. The back yard/pool area is the best it's like an upscale resort! We will definitely stay at Tim's home again. If you're go to the Melbourne area don't overlook is house. "We spent a wonderful two weeks at this house. The quiet neighborhood, the great mid-century modern decor, and the pool made it a great place to rest and recuperate for a long-delayed and much needed vacation. The bikes were great to ride to the beach, a short mile away. Beth was a wonderful and responsive host and we were completely thrilled to have gotten the place! Loved Merritt Island, Sebastian Inlet, and Blue Springs wildlife including so many wonderful birds, manatees, and dolphins! "

"The host was very accomidating and let us chrck in early, which was very nice and made our vacation that much more comfortable. The house was very clean and had so many amenities that werent even mentioned in the listing. There was a kennel and dog bowls for your dog if needed (we didnt need it but it was a nice touch) there was highchairs and strollers, pool toys and lots of seating both inside and out. The fenced in backyard was nice for privacy my family stayed two days and we would absolutely stay here again. "

"I fell down the step into the living room ended up in the hospital. There should be some watch your step signs. Or a way to make people aware of the different steps. There are alot of small steps that should be noted. The pool never actually got cleaned and i dont think there was a king bed believe they were both queens. Had trouble with the kitchen faucet and the lving room does not really sit 6 people Light switches were very confusing could never find a way to turn laundry room light on"
