"We stayed during a hail storm that disabled the satellite TV. It also toppled a tree that hit a car in the parking lot. None of that was the fault of the hotel or the staff, but it resulted in the morning staff being overwhelmed by the number of people who needed assistance. There was a single desk worker who was being pulled in multiple directions trying to serve everyone. He was stressed out, but remained professional and friendly in spite of it all. The property is well kept, clean, and comfortable. The signage is unique and fun. Instead of just saying "Elevator," the sign read something like, "Need a little lift?" Unexpected and fun! Bs ause of its location off of the main road, the rooms were very quiet. The beds were firm and comfortable. If i return to the area, I'll be booking again."

"Out initial room had not been cleaned from the previous guest. Unacceptable. They moved us to another room but offered nothing in terms of a complimentary breakfast etc. no apology "

"We did not have an excellent experience. We asked for extra towels, didn't get them. The hot tub was kind of dirty around the top, and there was no conditioner in the shower."

"NIce hotel. Clean room and staff was welcoming and helpful. Couldn't access the Wifi after multiple attempts over 3 days. "

"I thought it had a continental breakfast, only thing I thought could have made it better, the coffee was good 👍 "

"Was a decent hotel room inside , could be cleaner though. The outside of the hotel seemed very sketchy. I would recommend double checking the outside area of this hotel before booking. Breakfast was good and the staff was nice. The first guy I encountered seemed to be annoyed, the room I booked on here reflected a different room on his end and he wasn’t very helpful in getting the issue fixed. I was a little nervous to have my car outside of this place but ultimately did not have any issues. "
