"The Internet was fast the tub in room 344. The stopper didn’t work so it was hard to take my kids a bath with the water leaking out. The room just smelled like ocean water. It didn’t smell good to me. The whole housekeeping staff was amazing especially I think her name was Kelsey anyway her name started with the letter K she cleaned my room the first night the breakfast in the kick back was OK. "

"The staff was amazing and the room was well appointed. But there were black hairs all over the walls of the shower and dried blood inside the cloth shower curtain. The staff were super responsive and helpful! Also, do not get a room near the outdoor part of the pool - there is no supervision and both nights I was there"

"Family trip, the hotel is an older hotel that has been remodeled. So that being said the elevator was small and it was very tight for our family and stroller to fit it. Our SUV did not fit in the 6’5” garage and the surface parking was full. We ended up parking across the street behind a bank. I did not like having our SUV off property and having to walk to and from with little kids, luggage, stroller, etc. The staff were great and the Crepe restaurant in the lobby made breakfast fantastic! Overall, I feel like you can get more bang for your buck at a different hotel with breakfast included and parking/garage for all vehicles on property. "

"The room was very clean and everything in the room was updated. It is nice to see a property continually improving and they had several projects underway. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Something on property irritated my allergies and made my eyes burn every day but I am very sensitive to many indoor things so I'm not sure what set them off."
