Amazing property with spectacular views of the caldera! They were very easy to communicate with before and throughout the stay! I got a surprise complimentary upgrade to a superior room with a spacious outdoor balcony that has unobstructed views of the caldera with beautiful sunsets, and a hot tub! A complimentary welcome bottle of local red wine topped it off - what a way to enjoy the sunset in your own hotel room! Daily freshly made breakfast served to your room was nice! The property has...

We absolutely loved our stay. The hotel is in a prime location and easy to find. The staff are so welcoming and very responsive. We had a room with a private tub and the view was incredible. Clean room, fresh breakfast, 11/10 would stay here again.

Amazing stay, staff were very helpful, the view was amazing, and the breakfast was amazing. 10/10 experience

We just finished our stay at Mergovilia. We are actually waiting for our ferry to our next destination, that’s how compelled I am to write. We stayed 4 nights 5 days and our stay was perfect. The manger and staff did everything to help make our time in Santorini exceptional and our stay in their home personable. Johanna the manager helped organize reservations, car rentals, advised on tourist attractions, restaurants and more! They aim to be helpful without being intrusive and they do it well!...

Location was exceptional. Views overlooking the ocean and Fira can't be beat. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful (Mario in particular). Breakfast on the deck by the pool and hot tub overlooking Fira, with the bells of the Monastery sounding in the distance, was a lifetime experience. This is truly a bucket list location!

Host was amazing. Beautiful property with easy parking. Beds were comfortable and pool nice. Would book again.

We had excellent service throughout Greece but Kostas and Alban at Merivigliosa topped all the others. Their care and attentiveness was anticipatory, on point, and balanced. Kostas arranged all shuttle services and was on time. Alban offered us drinks right when the thought crossed our minds to hydrate. They were helpful, friendly and sweet. The hotel was quiet, restful and well appointed. You can watch the sunset at Oia without the hurst gurdy of being in town. The restaurant Avocado is next...

My husband and I picked this place due to all the positive reviews and thankfully they were accurate. We were greeted by Greg and Albano and instantly we felt genuine hospitality! Our room was spacious, simple with traditional Greek decor and most importantly, our view was simply amazing! We spent every night watching the sunset outside on our deck. We especially appreciated the great service by Albano. We actually forgot to put in our breakfast order our first day and we were absolutely touched...

Our host Nicholas was very nice and gave us an overview of amenities and key areas of the island.

Loved it

The manager reached out on WhatsApp to let us know when the room was ready with a quick video how to find it and clear instructions how to gain access to the room. When we first arrived I realized the room we had been given wasn’t the description of the one I had booked, I reached out to the manager and she said that was the room, we went a bit back and forth and I felt it was pointless cause we kept going in circle so I decided to just take my L then in the morning she reached out advising she...

Great

The view was amazing

Staff went above and beyond to ensure we had the best stay possible. Amazing breakfast.

Amazing view. Extremely comfortable and cozy bedroom. The king suite that we stayed at was right on the walking path which is great for people watching but reduces the privacy at the plunge pool as people are looking right at you at your pool.

Amazing apartment! I highly recommend it! The price is unbeatable and the view is one of the most beautiful on the island! Anastasia was lovely and always available. It's possibly one of the best hotels I've booked online! Everything was perfect! Two word : Book it!
