Amazing place, wonderful crew, food like no other,

Room was ok, hotel looked great, front desk, concierge and management staff were great, but had a really poor service on the signature level by the pool and beach. Given the chance and the price paid, I would not go back.

I had a great experience with the resort, in particular, I was impressed with their staff and everything they did to facilitate my life.

I went there 5 times. The 4th I was robbed at ALA SOL. They took my debit card from safety box. I have all the proof. I wrote to them but nobody answered. This summer I came back (close, good sea) and the food was terrible. Bar bartenders hated Argentine people and, there was a bad service at restos and bad food.The only food for veggie people was salad! What was worse, you had to “fight” in order to get a chair at the beach! Terrible! Last but not least, there isn’t a doctor or a place for quick medical attendance. Even though you have your insurance, I was bitten by a giant ant and I almost collapsed. They should have someone in situ. I love the beach at the place but I am quiet disappointed!
