I stayed here as it was recommended by a friend, the area is great. You are close to the main strip and the water. The check-in attendant asked me if expedia offered me free parking and i said no- so she laughed and said they usually do- this was poor customer service. I asked her if she can offer me free parking, she said no and laughed again- super strange way of making customers feel welcomed. The room was dirty, there was finger print marks everywhere, especially the mirrors. I would not recommend nor visit here again.

EPIC Hotel!
My husband and I stayed here for a week in April and we had the best time! The hotel is fabulously new, clean and shiny! Room was well equipped, comfortable and had a lovely view of the CN Tower from room on 9th floor (915). The breakfast was fantastic, a great selection and always more being put out. It does get busy at certain times but we never had to wait for a table and food was readily available.
Reception were friendly and the door staff were pleasent and helpful.
Great location if you want to have easy access to all of downtown Toronto. Dollar store situated just behind hotel which is super handy if you want to grab a few snacks or drinks for the room as there is a small fridge.
We would highly reccomend staying here!

Staff were great and check in was smooth. We didn't use the amenities so can't comment. The restaurant was conveniently located in the hotel too. Only comment was the bed sheet quality and they were very starchy, bed was super comfortable though.

I stayed for 4 nights at the Cambridge Hotel and Suite, on the third day I noticed 4 bug bites, at first I thought they were from the noseeums that were seen at the bar the day before.
