« The apartment is well renovated, stocked and comfortable. Amenities were great, everything we needed was there. Perfect layout for a couple with 2 young daughters sharing a room. The common area to enter the townhouse was a little stinky but that's to be expected with shared space. Overall private and quiet, very peaceful and easy drive into downtown Boulder. »

« The location was perfect for my purpose of being with family in Boulder. However, as a person well beyond graduate school age, I was disappointed with this space. The host will say that I was not happy before I moved in, and she would be correct. The abandoned cars, motorcycles and bicycles in the parking lot were not a welcoming impression. (Nor was the wafting of cannabis in the common entryway.) The overgrown tennis court was not playable - likely for years - making the property description...

« We spent 5 weeks here in Boulder. The unit is great for 2 people with fully equipped kitchen, living room area with giant tv, and a nice king bed. Great location in walking distance to Pearl Street Mall in one direction and Peoples Crossing Park, trails and Boulder Creek in the other. Had a few very minor glitches when we first arrived- hosts were great with communicating and getting everything fixed immediately! »

« We loved this downtown loft! From the moment I walked in the door, I was in love with it and could have stayed longer. In fact, we’re planning on returning this summer for a trip to RMNP, which is less than an hour away. Estes Park is also close. Downtown Loveland has so many good restaurants and other places to explore. The property itself was clean, very comfortable and had everything we needed. The icing on the cake was the massage chair! »
