Box Car Coffee and The Laughing Goat are within a block. Frasca, a world class restaurant, across the street. Whole Foods, mall, and theater 12 blocks away. The location can't be beat! Studio is small but clean and comfortable for a couple. Service was good when I reported teapot was broken. Received a new one the next day. There is no microwave, toaster or coffeemaker, but a French press. The air conditioner is not great for very hot days. The air does not blow near beds and cooling not sufficient for days when temperatures hit 90 plus, which is not all that common in Boulder. The wood decking and steps of condo are in poor repair but owner said the complex plans repairs. A real plus is the covered parking space.
