That level of care and dedication is rare and deeply appreciated. The hotel’s location is also extremely convenient — just a couple of minutes from Line 2, City Hall Station Exit 9 — making it very easy to get around Seoul. I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again when I return to Seoul, especially because of the outstanding housekeeping and front office staff. They are truly the heart of this hotel."
