It’s about a 15 minute walk to the U of T campus and 25 minutes to Chinatown. A parking garage was right down the street. Be aware that you need to put down a damage deposit. This is done outside of the Expedia system which made me a little nervous. There is a security person at the front desk, but because it’s an apartment building they don’t check you in or out. The building was very secure requiring an apartment specific fob to operate the elevator.
