« Small unit. Beds enough for eight but only a small couch to sit on. Only one roll of toilet paper provided. Trash and ketchup under the couch, along with the sheet, blanket and hair left by the previous guest. Bunk bed slats are cracked and the mattresses sag. Hair in the bath towels. No kitchen towels. « Overall we enjoyed our stay. There were some issues that maintenance needs to fix. We had no communication at all with anyone except when I called the emergency number because the key didn’t work but even then, I think that was a call service. They did get someone out to fix the lock in a few hours but we needed someone to stay behind to be there and they missed out on the evening’s events. « First the property is beside a large industrial building and the other buildings in the area are run down which was unexpected based on the pictures. Definitely overpriced for the area. « This was a perfect place to spend a weekend in Sandusky. Very responsive hosts, property as expected, clean and well-stocked. In walking distance of anything you might want, and right on the bay. Beautiful view! »
