### Sparkling clean, family friendly condo right on the water! Cedar Point View!

Our home is a 1500 sq ft condo in downtown Sandusky, OH - Close to restaurants, shopping, the islands, Cedar Point, and Sports Force. One block away from the Jet Express ferry!   
  
Two bedrooms, two full baths, a full eat in kitchen, family room with loveseat and sofa, balcony overlooking Lake Erie & downtown. Queen size, King Koil, inflatable bed.   
  
Washer/Dryer in the unit!  
  
Guests also have access to the property’s pool, fitness facility, and outdoor grill.   
  
This is not an investment property, it’s our home - we welcome you to be our guest!  
  
\* the bunk room does have a door - only the bedroom in the loft is open to the rest of the condo.   
\* both TVs are smart TVs with streaming ability, but no cable.   
\* new carpet 2021   
\* Pack n Play, baby gates for stairs, and booster seat for kitchen table
