House was spacious with plenty of room for all 8 guests. Very nice bar area. Exterior of the house needs cleaned with a few repairs needed. Front of house has no shade in afternoon, but we took our own pop-up. Golf cart was not available which would have made location more enjoyable to view neighborhood. Got to see family of foxes roaming around but no issues with them other than chewed flip-flop left outside over night. Very clean interior of the house with few things in need attention.
