"Awful. Awful. Awful. Rude. Rude. Rude. Reception asked us if we "sat on the toilet" when we immediately asked for a different better room and that "you booked through Expedia so you got a cheap room". He charged us a lot extra/night for an end room that overlooked the edge of the pool. The air conditioning was very loud all night and the internet was impossible to keep on—very disappointing based on room rate. The coffee maker in the room had no cups on final night. Located next to public storage and a trailer park, this place is a poorly run dump in bad conditon & they don't care about guests at all. The hallways throughout smelled like pot, steamed into the old carpets. Gates were always open and unlocked with odd pick-up trucks parking all day long and vagabonds wandering around. Felt unsafe. Breakfast was labor-intensive, make your own waffles or bagels or cereal; "fresh fruit" meant only apples, unless they count the yogurt cups. There was no variety for three days. While video loop at breakfast ironically showed us beautiful hotels & cappuccinos to rub it in. This is a hotel for truckers, drug dealers & the down-trodden. Pick another hotel."

"What they don’t tell you. The parking is SEVERLY limited. You will actually have to park half a mile away! Then you have to wait in the flaming hot sun for a shuttle to bring you to and from the hotel. We booked a room just a few hours before arrival. When we got there and realized that the parking situation would not accomodate us with having a sick child and possibly having to leave in our own vehicle quickly we asked to cancel so we could find another place where we could park within a reasonable distance to our room. We did not stay there, never even checked in yet we are still fighting for our money back. They will not even answer for Expedia when they try to contact them about it. I did call them directly and since we booked through Expedia they said we had to go through them. They have been trying to contact them for days now. This is not a good place if you have a special circumstance child or family member with you. Horrible curstomer service and parking."

"I cannot recommend staying here. This place is pretty warn down. The bed is basically a cot and it is not very comfortable. You get what you pay for. There was mold damage on the baseboards. Stay safe on your travels."

"Perfect spot for a night, the only thing was itchy sheets. But the room was clean, the staff was lovely, and the parking was a little tight, but solid. Would stay again for a show in Tampa. Oh yeah, location is perfect. Gas stations galore, shopping centre, and decent food choices."

"We were able to get a room close to our friend’s and was able to check in a little early. Breakfast staff were very nice and helpful too."
