We didn’t have any issues even though we were late checking in. The manager was running the desk both at check in and check out. The futon couch turned into a bed, not very comfortable, but worked. The breakfast was free, offering waffles, coffee, juice. Would have been better if there was eggs and homefries. We had two 2nd floor rooms with a balcony overlooking the pool. It was beautiful out in the courtyard. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff was very nice. I will definitely recommend this Quality Inn. The gentleman at the desk kindly upgraded us to a main level room close to the entrance to accommodate my mother with very limited mobility. I really appreciated that! Will definitely stay again on a future trip.
