Many things stood out, but one that I found to be unique was the quality of the furniture in the living spaces. It was all EXCELLENT and tremendously comfortable, which is really appreciated by older guests like myself. "We had booked and prepaid for 3 rooms for 6 nights and were delayed on the road, arriving one day late. Upon arrival, we were informed that our reservations had been canceled because we hadn’t shown up the night before—without any refund. It was extremely frustrating, and after a long day of travel and work, we had to frantically search for another room at 10:00 p.m."
